• Developed the Enhancing Teacher Quality Framework (ETQ), including the roadmap for systemic change, for educational form efforts in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation

 

• Designed and developed the core ETQ PD programme that is being cascaded to all 33,000 teachers in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation
